The beautiful planet of Hillys has only one minor problem, constant alien attacks and abductions. The Alpha Sections who are supposed to guard the people are ineffective, failing in their duties. So when Jade and her orphanage are attached what is she too do? Take action herself, of course.
Armed with a staff and a camera Jade will protect the orphans she cares for and repel the attack. Then it's all a matter of snapping a few pictures of animals and different species to make some money to reactivate the shield guarding her house. At least that's a start. To protect her charges, Jade will go out and dig for the truth with her pig friend Pey'J, uncovering a conspiracy that rocks their world.
A platform game Jade can travel across the water and oceans easily with her hovercraft, racing pirates and others for M-Disks and pearls. Peals being a black market currency that enable impressive Hovercraft upgrades. With 88 pearls out there in the world, it's a good thing only 71 are needed to cover the required upgrades. When not controlling her hovercraft, Jade goes out on foot jumping and hopping in like all great platforms to find evidence of the truth. Of course it is a nice feature that she won't jump if she can't make it. No Link style deaths for her.
Stealth plays a big part of the game. Uncovering a conspiracy is no easy matter requiring sneaking into highly secure buildings and past guards while solving unique puzzles to advance. With her trusty camera to document everything and her staff to repel attackers, Jade is at your control.
Notes and other documents that are found will be recorded in one of the 14 M-disks available in the game. M-Disks provide everything from enabling you to save your game to mini games if you can unlock the two bonus ones. Fourteen in all, can you collect them all?
Overall a fun game, Beyond Good and Evil offers great graphics and fluid game play as expected of an Ubisoft game. The immensity of the story alone makes the game easily worth the $20. The only thing that prevented a broad audience from seeing this great game was the fact Prince of Persia: Sands of Time and Tom Clancy's: Splinter Cell both came out around the same time. A little marketing could have helped as well.
Beyond Good and Evil and Ubisoft's Space Colony are but a few reviews offering game basics, tips, cheats and opinion on some dated but still worthwhile PC games.

Do you remember the classics like Legend of Zelda, or Super Mario World for the Super Nintendo? Have you ever looked to find those classics again? It's almost impossible to find them anymore, and if you do find them, it's from some obscure guy selling it's on Craig's List or Ebay. You can just download the games, and save you the trouble. All the games have a small storage place, and you can play the games on almost every format (PC, XBox 360, PSP and the Wii). And most of the classic systems can be downloaded, like the Nintendo, the Sega Genesis and the Gameboy/Gameboy Advance.
To download them, just download the files, sort them, and make sure they are in recognizable folders that you can easily remember. Make sure you have a junk drive, or something that will transfer everything over for you, and then just load them onto the system you want. I do recommend that you sort everything, because if you have a bunch of games that you don't want to play, you are going to end up with a lot clutter, and lose the games that you wanted to play in the crowd.
It's a simple point and click process that takes no time at all, and almost every system will support the classics, and let you play them on their format. You can also download music, movies and specific games for each format as well, so every system can become a multimedia machine, not just a gaming machine anymore.
How much store credit would this get me at a ebgames/gamestop?
so yea i have a bunch of games im not going to play anymore and idk how much they'll get me in store credit they are
Mario stikers charged - wii
tony hawks downhill jam - ps2
capcom classic collection volume 2 - ps2
x3 the official game - ps2
sega classics collection - ps2
sonic adventurre dx - gc
castlevanie: curse of darkness - ps2
the scorpian king - gc
spiderman 3 - ps2
splinter cell: pandora tomarrow - ps2
and possible gh3 - ps2 with the guitar and the system itself with 1 controller / memory card so i'd like just an estimate i guess onhow much that might get me =]
Well, in my experience in trading in games it usually comes down to how many of the same game the store has in used copies. if your game is the only used copy then you will receive more in store credit for that game. it also depends on how old the games are. if they are a few years old you wont get as much as if they are a few months old. a lot of these games look like they are fairly new. i would say you would get around 15-20 dollars per game if they do not have many used copies in of that game. If they do have lots of copies of that game then expect 5-10 dollars per game. Splinter Cell is a popular game so it probably sells fast so that might be a high dollar game. the wii game should get good money because the wii is a newer gaming console than the others. i would say you should have at least $100 in credit without gh3 and the guitar. hope that was hopeful to you and good luck

For some time now, mankind has been battling the ferocious and terrifying Nightwalkers, a race of superhuman vampires who crave human blood. People have been disappearing at night; the lucky ones are found dead, but those less fortunate are reborn as Nightwalkers, and are bound by instinct to forcefully recruit unwitting victims into the Nightwalker army. Gamers take the role of John Lloyd, a member of a US special government unit created to defeat the Nightwalkers, and the only human to ever survive a physical encounter with them.

Vampire Rain: Altered Species - Take Down the Nightwalkers
According to the gamestory, Vampires, known as Nightwalkers are found to be responsible for the disappearances of millions of people in the United States and in other countries. So the American Information Bureau forms Super-Special Combat unit which is spread out to the streets of Los Angeles, California, where it was raining. This unit has four members -- John Lloyd, a combat soldier, Hank Harrison -- stereotypical squad leader, Claire Kelly--the stereotypical femme fatale, and Duane Hanson -- the stereotypical tech man. According to the plot, the rain is considered to hamper the Nightwalker's vampirism abilities. The team’s mission is to discover a lost AIB unit to take out the Prime Nightwalker, which will destroy all the other blood-suckers under his control.
In the gameplay, players take the role of John Lloyd, the only human to ever withstand or survive a physical encounter with the vampires. In this gameplay, Nightwalkers are extremely fast and can kill the gamers in 1 or 2 hits. Moreover, players can’t hide or escape from the vampires -- once if they spot the players. So if players have to succeed their mission, then it’s better to avoid most of the enemies by passing through the correct route to reach the lost unit, where it’s a must to use combat skills to take down the Prime vampire. During the course of the game, players are provided with high-powered weapons, which are more efficient to kill vampire enemies.

Story Terminator: Salvation is a prequel to the events of the major motion picture of the same name. It is two years after Judgment Day--the date that the Terminator mythology assigns to the nuclear event that the machines will rain down on planet Earth--and what's left of humanity is caught in a life and death struggle against that same machine intelligence that sprung to life from the former defense super computer known as Skynet. Yet things are not quite what the the earlier chapters in the Terminator saga had predicted for these days. Although over the last two years human survivors of the catastrophe have prepared and organized themselves for the ongoing battle with the machines, John Connor, the character that the player assumes, has yet to emerge as the legendary hero he was foretold to be, and time is running out. In its early nuclear strikes against humanity, Skynet damaged part of itself. It has spent the last two years rebuilding its strength as well in order to complete its mission of the extermination of the human race. Now is the time to strike back at the machines. Now is the time for you and John Connor to take command. Gameplay and Co-op Support Action in Terminator: Salvation is from a third-person perspective and relies heavily on the use of cover. Correspondingly players will be able to lock on to cover, dive or slide from one cover point to the next and fire weapons without exposing themselves to return fire, but this doesn't mean that combat is easy. Cover is fully destructible in the game, meaning that your mechanical enemies will attempt to take that advantage away from you if they recognize that you are dug in. They will also make every attempt to flank your position. These two points are important because Terminator: Salvation forces you to take care of yourself in its single player campaign by not featuring a health regeneration system between checkpoints (health is fully restored at the end of survived levels). But health can be regenerated during combat via an AI or human teammate anytime when playing in the game's local co-op mode. The ability to team up in co-op mode is also a major aspect of gameplay in that it allows players to turn the tables on terminator units by flanking them and attacking their less heavily armored sides rather than head on. Both single player and co-op modes also feature access to vehicles which can be battled from as well. Key Features Terminator Mythology - Set two years prior to the upcoming Terminator Salvation film, play as John Connor for the first time and continue the epic fiction of the Terminator mythology. Intelligent Robotic Enemies - Unrelenting and incredibly resilient iconic enemies from the Terminator franchise fight to the bitter end on land and in the sky. Destructible Cover Gameplay - Advanced cover mechanics allows you to use the destructible environment as protection and strategically navigate through enemy entrenched territory. The cover mechanic's multifaceted design changes the way "cover" gameplay is executed. Diverse Weaponry - Utilize a wide array of advanced weapons including shotguns, fully automatic machine guns, huge mounted weaponry, grenades, rocket-launchers, and even a plasma-firing Skynet tank. Rugged Vehicle Battles - Pursue, attack, or evade enemies through post-apocalyptic environments on foot or inside rugged armored vehicles in extremely kinetic and extensive cinematic gun battles. 2-Player Local Co-op Mode - Battle through post-Judgment Day LA with a friend in local co-op play.

Here is information on the story of the film and the actors.
One year later, the Skynet system is turned on, perceives humans as a threat to its own existence, and exterminates much of humanity in the event known as Judgment Day. John reveals human captives and the plans for the development of a new kind of Terminator incorporating living tissue, but is the only clear survivor of the assault after the base is demolished in a nuclear explosion.
Arriving in the ruins of L. A. , Marcus is saved from a T-600 Terminator by Kyle Reese ( Anton Yelchin ) and his mute companion Star ( Jadagrace Berry ).
They survive an attack by machines, but Kyle, Star, and a number of other humans are taken captive, while two Resistance A-10s are shot down. Marcus finds downed pilot Blair Williams ( Moon Bloodgood ) and they make their way to John's base, but Marcus is injured by a magnetic land mine.
Trying to save his life, the Resistance wrestlers discover that he is in truth a cyborg with human organs, a mechanical endoskeleton, circuitry, and a partly synthetic cerebral cortex. In the ensuing pursuit Marcus saves John's life from Skynet hydrobots, and the 2 form an allianceMarcus will enter Skynet's HQ and make an attempt to disable its defenses so that John can rescue Kyle. John demands that Ashdown delay the attack so that he will be able to rescue Kyle and the other captives, but Ashdown refuses and mitigates John of his command.
However, John's infantrymen remain constant to him and he sends a radio broadcast asking the other Resistance wrestlers not to attack Skynet. The Resistance's disabling signal is made public to be a ploy, and the command submarine with the Resistance leaders on board is wiped out by a Hunter-Killer.
Marcus reveals that he was made by Skynet and has accidentally satisfied his programmed mission to lure John into the base to get killed. He tears out the hardware linking him to Skynet and leaves to help John in fighting a T-800 model 101 Terminator.
Recovering, John radios to the other Resistance fighters that though this battle has been won, the war is far from over.

Would Terminator Salvation Make Sense If I Haven't Seen The Previous Installments?
I really, really want to see Terminator Salvation with Christian Bale this Spring but I haven't seen any of the previous "Terminator" films. I actually did not even know that there was any previous installements.
If I go to see just the fourth movie, Terminator Salvation, will it still make sense or should I go and rent the previous three? If so, what are the titles?
Definitely see the others first. In order:
Terminator
Terminator 2 : Judgement Day (all-time scifi classic!)
Terminator 3 : Rise of the Machines
Lots of people hated the last one, but I thought it was ok- just not anywhere near the level of the first two, which were great.
You CAN skip the last movie and not really miss anything, after the first two you're all set for Terminator: Salvation

There are giants and there are Nephilim Giants. I remember seeing a normal one at a fairground show once. Billed as "George The Gentle Giant", this guy stood about 8 or 9 feet tall and was dressed in a kilt and tee-shirt (quite funny as I remember) you had a full view of his arms and legs which were huge, he was slow and clumsy in his movement, gentle willed and good natured and that's the way I would think of the normal giant.
The Nephilim were an entirely different creature altogether. These things were monsters physically and mentally. Their existence on this planet was recorded in books such as the Bible and the book of Enoch, and in more recent history archaeologists have discovered human skeletal remains that measure up to an amazing 36 feet long. These things were huge. Secondly, they were very agile, fast, and strong. Indian folklore has it that giants once existed on their land that could run after and catch a buffalo, pick it up and rip it's leg off, and do this while still running!, that's a pretty accurate description of the Nephilim, a predator and hunter, very destructive and very, very evil.
Anyways, somewhere back then they seem to have either wiped each other out in a civil war or have been destroyed in a global flood. That much we know as historical fact. The next point of this article is a little more tricky as it discusses the return of the Nephilim Giant to the earth, the possibilities and evidences. There are some very good books to read on this but you must have a certain amount of open mindedness to the possibility of the Supernatural or paranormal as I think it's the only way that you will understand them.
They are fallen angels which are known as demons, and demons are said to take many forms so from that point of view it would be a possibility that they are here now or could arrive in the future but in different forms (which could also explain Aliens, Reptilians etc). However they may appear, the point is that it's the same demonic spirit.

What is the song that the President plays on the key board on the movie Monsters vs. Aliens?
I think it's a cool song, but have no clue what it's called...
The song is "Axel F", more commonly referred to as the Beverly Hills Cop theme song.... No words - just synth. That scene was so funny!
