I recently started playing Farmville and was blown away by how enjoyable this small Facebook application could be. Competing against my friends to become the number one farmer was no easy task, all the time and effort needed to harvest, plough and expand took huge amounts of commitment. how to not go crazy, an ideas?
This is a serious question. Not just joking around. I feel like I'm losing my mind. I'm losing my sense of reality in several ways. Losing perception of self existing. Losing logical thought processes where one thought leads to another. Now thoughts come spontaneously independent of one another. Losing sense of feeling. Emotions no longer relate to events or situations in life.
I don't have money for professional help. This state is likely induced by long term unresolved stress. Is there some way I can help myself? An article online I can read? A checklist somewhere of things to concentrate on to regain my hold on the real world around me? Please help this is for real. I can tell that if I don't change something soon I may end up with my brain made of mush and living in a funny farm.
