A new era has dawned and Yu-Gi-Oh! returns with a fast paced twist on card dueling. Yusei Fudo and Jack Atlus are the hottest new duelists in New Domino City and have taken dueling to the streets in a hot new motorsport called "Wheelie Breakers" that combines traditional card dueling with Duel Runnner racing. Players climb upon their Duel Runnner motorcycles and summon monsters from their decks to battle each other as they race the streets or track. A Heart for the peaceful Gamer
The XBox360 has always had an open mind fort he Hardcore-Gamer, but there has been a new targeted audience in the bull's eye of the developers and publishers of games: The casual gamer. And we all know that playing Non Shooter Games and Non Violent Games can be a lot of fun, also. In this very field a nice form of Franchise has been noticed. It started with LEGO Star Wars and continued with LEGO Batman and LEGO Indiana Jones. The latter has been especially appreciated by gamers, a well established gamers community ranked the guy with the leather jacked and the wip on place 3. Jump 'n Run of it's finest kind. But the first two ranks are taken by two of the Musicgames Genres , from which we have seen quite a few lately. It started with the plastic guitar controller, and Guitar Hero scored real well. But that wasn't the end. Rock Band started to enjoy the masses, now guitars, mikes and drum sets wanted to be played, as well. Activision followed suit in Guitar Hero: World Tour and this games secured the second place. King of the genres became Rock Band by Electronic Arts, who followed with a sequel in 2008 with
Rock Band 2 Level up your Life
Epic and well done Role Games are still a scarcity on the MS-Console. But these games are on the go and a few gems have made their way into the Xbox 360 shelves in 2008. Especially when regarding Japano-Role games. Probably the most loved game within the Asian genre was Lost Odyssey, an epic fairy tale about the immortal hero Kaim, on a quest to his long lost memories, thus taking rank 3. It covers a total of four (!) DVDs and runs exclusively on the Xbox 360.
The Games-Tale Teller Peter Molyneux has presented one of his highly recommended (by him, that is...) Games. Again exclusively for the Xbox 360 we got the sequel of the famous Xbox-Game Fable. A fairy tale story and with somewhat irritating Sims-Elements are what this game is all about. The fans loved it nevertheless and its not really a bad game, too. Rank 2 for Fable 2.
All the way up to number one shot a special title, being number one contestant fort he game of the year: Fallout 3. The adventures of the little Vault-inhabitant, right across the post apocalyptic wastelands of Washington D.C. has made a lot of fans at the end of the year.
Sports Games in 2008
Now where would the Games World be without great Sports Games? In this genre there were a lot of very good titles we could not include in our little ranking. Position 3 is shared by two games. First of the third round of Top Spin, loved by tennis fans. That also goes for all the American Football Fans with Madden NFL 09, which came across with more innovations in 2008. In Europe, the first two positions went to: 2. Rank: Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 and NHL 09 / NHL 2K9.The winner, with 79% of the votes. was: FIFA 09. But other games of different sports made their appearance in 2008, like NBA Live 09 and NBA 2K9. Even golfers got their share of very good games with Tiger Woods PGA Tour Golf 09.
Lets look at the "Racers". Not only the motor sport simulations but arcade-like "pedal to the metal" games went big time last year. These Fun Racers are the most liked ones. Back in 2007 Colin McRae: DIRT went into the charts and did real well. Followed in 2008 by the same team, Race Driver GRID, impressed its fans. Very cool street racings with a hot graphic helped this game to score number 3. A small but very nice game surprised the Xbox 360 Community: Pure. Speeding through the boonies with a Quad, spectacular and acrobatic-tricks with monster-jumps! Pure fun for just about anyone and therefore position 3 in the Racer category. And also in the "Surprises of the Year"!
But there's no end in sight. Developer Criterion has made an impact with the Burnout - series years ago. Part 4 of the series hit the ground running, just like: Burnout Paradise. The mixture of "Open Reality", breathtaking speed with reckless jumps and a lot of fender benders still holds it's fans. Maybe another reason is the free updates with worthwhile goodies that are delivered on a timely basis. So, the number one position goes to the Racer-Town "Paradise City".

Constantly traveling from New York to Wiesbaden and back via Paris, she's often asked for useful advise and tips. Find more about the XBox360 at one of Patricia Delto's websites http://www.xbox360division.com The ranks and positions in this article are based on numerous surveys conveyed by a number of Games Communities on the European Internet. Her special Thanks goes to these sites that proved very helpful on those researches.

A spectacular 3D world filled with the fiercest fighters the universe has ever known. Test your skills against the most powerful Dragon Ball Z heroes and the most sinister villains. Every battle is more intense, more dangerous, and more epic than the one before. Will you be the last warrior standing?
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai faithfully recreates the popular Dragon Ball animated series, giving you the power to fight up to 23 familiar friends and foes in a variety of scenarios. It's not for the weak of thumb, so start out with a little practice, learning the powerful kicks, punches, and elaborate combinations that will lead you to victory. When you’ve mastered the skills, and warmed up your thumbs, jump into the tournament ring and defeat opponents--every victory wins you money to spend at Mr. Popo’s, buying and trading skills to trounce future opponents. The Story segment of the game may be the most fun for fans, though it diverges from standard gameplay. Where most games have long, elaborate series of gameplay, intercut with story, Dragon Ball Z intercuts very short interactive battles with long animated sequences portraying everything from the Saiyan Saga through to the Cell Games. The animation and voicing in these sequences mirrors the television series and even uses the very same voice actors as the show. Some fans may be disappointed when gameplay ends with the Cell Games--or they may take it as a sure sign that future games will be released to cover the remaining sagas. Fun? Yes. Flawless? No. There’s not a whole lot under the surface of the sagas--what you see is what you get. And you also might get a little carpal tunnel syndrome along the way--the button-mashing combinations needed to pull off the most awesome moves may not be friendly to fans’ forearms. Still, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai may be a slam dunk for fans of the series who now have the opportunity not just to watch the sagas, but to participate in them. --Maile Bohlmann Pros: Faithfully re-creates the animated series Voicing by the original actors Two-player dueling option Story segment lets fans live in the Dragon Ball world Cons: Elaborate combinations are difficult to remember Doesn't contain all the sagas Little depth of gameplay
A spectacular 3-D world filled with the fiercest fighters the universe has ever known, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai lets you test your skills against the most powerful Dragon Ball Z heroes and the most sinister villains. Every battle is more intense, more dangerous, and more epic than the one before. You can follow the Dragon Ball Z animated series from Saiyan Saga to Cell Games, face off with up to 23 mighty Dragon Ball Z warriors, and unlock, customize, and trade devastating skills with friends to create the most powerful fighters in the universe. There are five epic play modes, each of which lets you fine-tune your skills against custom AI opponents and battle at blazing speeds in the special Burst Zone.

A plethora of fighters at your fingertips In the world of fighting games, there's Dragon Ball Z and there's everything else. DBZ continues to prove why it is the gold standard of anime-based video games with Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2. The latest installment takes the series to a higher echelon with over 120 playable characters, 16 vast and vibrant destructible environments, and nine different game modes, including single and multiplayer battles. Unique Wii controls allow players to initiate special moves by acting out the real move with the Wii remote and Nunchuk attachment. If players prefer to use a more classic control style, they can use the Wii Classic controller or a GameCube controller (both sold separately). The powerful fighting action, popular acrobatic and flying dynamics, and role-playing game (RPG) elements that span the entire Dragon Ball series add to this remarkable fighting experience for fans and fighting game enthusiasts. In addition to the unprecedented number of characters, wide selection of massive destructible environments and abundance of game modes, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 features in-game transformations, tag team battles, and a story mode which covers the complete Dragon Ball mythology - offering over 50 hours of gameplay. Additionally, all of the Series' popular characters are selectable fighters or make excellent cameos, such as Trunks (and Kid Trunks), Goku, Krillin, Vegeta, and Super 17. New characters appearing for the first time include Slug, Cui, Pan, Uub, and the powerful Cyborg Tao. A new environment for fighting Arenas are more interactive than ever before and provide players with a number of ways to destroy the environment that the battles take place in. Not only are the arenas incredibly large, but many are entirely new to the Budokai Tenkaichi series (11 arenas are revisited from Budokai Tenkaichi 1). All of the arenas provide plenty of space to maneuver your character and perform impressive moves, but never seem so large that you can't concentrate on the fight at hand. Transformations are once again a major part of gameplay, and the mechanisms that allow a player to transform have been largely untouched from the previous installment. You can also choose to begin in a transformed state if you prefer, however this can make things difficult if you don't have a memorized set of transformations to switch to. Fusions can also be performed, but only in Tag and Free battles are they allowed. This has the side effect of turning some battles into truly epic affairs, as you are likely to extend battles whenever fusions enter the equation! Multiple modes for multiple fighters The main story mode, or "Dragon Adventure" mode, covers a wide swath of the Dragon Ball universe from the movies to Dragon Ball Z and GT. Depending on your performance in each battle, the story can and will change to match the outcome of your fighters. If you can collect enough wins in a given portion of the story, you can unlock new characters, powers, and scenes. Ultimate Battle Z mode uses the ladder type tournament system of fighting made popular by the fighting game Mortal Kombat. In this system, players fight one match after another as they climb the ladder of increasingly difficult foes. Each selectable ladder of bouts has a different condition or theme. Once a player completes a ladder, they can unlock other ladders as well as unlock new items.
Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai is the first DBZ game to have wireless multiplayer action! The fast and furious combat rockets into a new dimension, with all the ounter-attacks, super high-speed bouts, flight and Ki (energy) management you've come to expect. Challenge some of the most evil characters in single-player mode, or select multiplayer and play as the bad guys themselves. The choice is yours -- either way, you'll fight hard to reach your goal: Becoming the most feared and powerful warrior in the universe!
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 takes the lightning-fast fighting, flying and action featured in its predecessor and takes it to a whole new level with exciting new features, such as access to more than 150 playable characters, enhanced fighting techniques, and over 20 different battle stages. In Budokai Tenkaichi 3, different stages will occur in daytime or nighttime, with the presence of the moon allowing certain characters to transform and gain powerful new attacks! Additionally, a Disc Fusion System will be exclusively available to the PlayStation 2 console, allowing players to use Budokai Tenkaichi 1 and or Budokai Tenkaichi 2 to unlock exclusive game modes.

Fireman theme party is a motif often asked for by kids. Firemen have been around for a very long time, almost as long as wooden houses really. Every city no matter how ancient has had to deal with its fair share of fires and as such firemen were all but required for a city to function, maybe more important even than policemen. A single unchecked fire could easily destroy an entire city after all. Throughout history most firefighters have had to carry buckets of water and manually dose fires if the wished to put them out, which is why it was common practice in a lot of cities to simply destroy anything burnable around a raging fire and let it burn itself out. Nowadays with much better ways of putting out fires this option is still used as a measure of last resort for exceptionally large scale fires. Still it is and has always been the main goal of firefighting to save as much and as many people as they can. Anyone who has spent time as a firefighter could easily be considered a hero, making this profession a great inspiration to children and even adults as well.
There are many good ways to set up a fireman theme party, and feel free to mix and match. One precaution though is doing use any actual fires, and any decorations of fires should be shown as about to be put out. This last part is only a suggestion though. The color red is traditionally used in firefighting, and fire hydrants, fire trucks, fire hats, and even Dalmatians are all good symbols of firefighting to spruce up a party's décor.
Some things you should purchase for your fireman theme party include the basics such as paper table covers, plates and cups, as well as plastic eating utensils. However some optional things to spruce up your party are various decorations such as streamers and wall scrolls. There are many fairly priced party items you find and purchase depending on how big of a deal you party is.
